Out of town guests often make an extraordinary effort to attend your wedding. It is possible to ease the strain on them by informing them of the different options available such as lodging in,transportation from O'hare airport, dining and special events that you may want to include them in.
Often times there can be a block of rooms reserved at a local hotel or there may be family members that can offer guest rooms during their stay. A special note can be sent to your out of town guests in advance with this information so they can begin planning.
A thoughtful touch is a small gift basket in the room upon their arrival thanking them for sharing in your special day,or an invitation to your rehearsal dinner.
